When Daniel Danes moved to the US for his MBA, he was shocked by the lack of quality olive oil from a trusted source at a fair price. The solution was closer than he thought β his great-grandmother Matilda (nicknamed "Titin") had been tending the family's olive groves in JaΓ©n, Spain for over a century. After graduating, Daniel had a clear vision: bring his family's tradition and supply chain advantage to the States. Today, Titin is fully traceable to the same area of groves (PGI certified), proudly shows detailed harvest information on every bottle, and is used by several Michelin restaurants.
