Created by Chef Ty Thames, Mississippi Red Pepper Sauce is a fermented, balanced pepper sauce made with Mississippi heirloom Rooster Spur peppers as well as Thai chili, jalapeño, habanero, and cayenne peppers.

These peppers are complemented by roasted garlic, seasoning blend, and brown sugar, resulting in the perfect hot sauce or marinade.

Crafted in Houston, Mississippi, with local peppers grown at Bountiful Harvest Farms in Starkville.
