My journey began in 2004 with digestive issues (from breast implants) that led me to explore natural healing. After years of experimenting with food and embracing a plant-based lifestyle, I regained my health. As a cooking enthusiast, I adapted recipes to fit dietary needs and published a recipe e-book in 2022. That same year, I launched my tortilla mixes at farmers markets. Cassavaberry’s mission is to create delicious, effortless baking mixes that serve those with dietary restrictions—without sacrificing taste. Baking is about connection, creativity, and joy.
