Unbothered Foods is a gut-friendly sourdough cracker brand that is on a mission to make snacking fun and flavorful while keeping bellies unbothered.

Crafted in her Chicago kitchen Morgan Murdock, a digestive health dietitian, wanted to make eating fun and flavorful again for her patients struggling with IBS, SIBO or other chronic gut conditions. During nutrition sessions, she found that sourdough became the highlight of her conversations for its delicious flavor and gut-friendly benefits - in 2023, Unbothered Foods was born.
