As he became older, Antonio became passionate about blending traditional recipes with unique ingredients, leading him to create Rodrigues Kitchen Piri Piri hot sauce. Inspired by his father, his Portuguese heritage and the vibrant heat of the African bird’s eye pepper, he spent countless hours perfecting the recipe.
