Over Easy

I created Over Easy to give busy people like myself (former West Point cadet, college athlete, Army officer, and now proud husband and father) a quick and healthy breakfast alternative to dense protein bars.

So I spent 8 months in my own kitchen creating recipes that are delicious, nutritious, and made from only clean and simple ingredients like oats, egg whites, nut butter, and real fruit.

Today, we have a fantastic team, an unbelievable product, and an exciting brand. We are thrilled at the opportunity to partner!
