Liv Gourmet Granola is made from high-quality real ingredients. As a mom of four, and avid cook, and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Liv saw the potential for a truly nutritious granola that was still downright delicious. We never use inflammatory oils, artificial or refined sugars, artificial flavors or colors, or preservatives. Just delicious, real food ingredients that make Liv Gourmet Granola “granola you can feel GOOD about”.

We’re non-GMO and use only organic oats. Our granola is vegan and has a 1:1 nut-to-oat ratio, making it more nutrient dense and satisfying.
