A former high-level basketball player, Ben started mixing wellness concoctions in his tiny studio apartment to improve his gut health & add some health back into his post-career, indulgent life. Doing so not only made him feel better, but provided the frame of mind to understand that small, consistent habits can make a huge difference in overall well-being.
