Evie Olive Oil was founded out of a commitment to high quality, authentic & fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil grown right here in the USA. We work with small California farmers to release small batches of pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil every year.

By harvesting our mono-varietal olives early in the season (November) and cold pressing within hours of picking, we capture the health and flavor of one of nature's perfect foods. The result is a robust, aromatic and antioxidant-rich EVOO that we're excited to deliver from our farms to your tables.
