Our premium 2.3 oz milk (45% cocoa) chocolate bars with a sprinkle of sea salt contain 50% less sugar than regular milk chocolate bars. They're prebiotic, are good for gut health, and contain no artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors or preservatives. Developed by Chef Thomas Keller, made in Indiana using Sugars from Fiber.
Made with Sugars from Fiber, which has less than half the calories than sugar, a lower glycemic response compared to glucose and is prebiotic.
