Sky High Farm is a small Hudson Valley-based farm committed to helping underserved communities across New York state access fresh, nutritious food. They grow fruits and veggies and raise livestock in a sustainable manner for the sole purpose of donating to food banks and pantries. 

Sky High Farm's jam is made from berries of a late summer harvest, picked at peak season to give you a taste of sunshine.This Strawberry Jam is an elevated classic that combines Sky High Farm’s special strawberry varieties: Jewel, Sparkle, Earliglow and Elan. The strawberries are slow cooked to preserve their bright and berry goodness.
