Grindstone Bakery is a mother-daughter-owned gluten-free bakery founded out of necessity. Danielle, diagnosed with Celiac Disease, couldn’t find bread that met her health needs, so she created it. Our breads are made with organic, non-GMO ingredients and no fillers or preservatives. Using slow, small-batch techniques, we craft delicious, nutritious bread that’s free from gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, rice, corn, oils, gums, added sugar, and commercial yeast.
