THEO's Plant-Based is a new brand of chef-crafted foods that highlights regenerative, organic vegetables, starting with BEET Jerky. Founded by chef Theo Mourad and Aaron Brodkey, THEO's is cheffing up whole vegetable foods that use techniques Theo learned in Michelin Star farm-to-table kitchens. Each batch of BEET jerky supports regenerative farmers & organic spice suppliers, reduces food waste by upcycling the peel, top, and bottom of the beetroot, and comes packaged in a compostable bag.

Fun Fact: BEET Jerky started as a menu item that Theo prepared while cooking at Blue Hill in New York.
