We blend black tea with the leaves of the rooibos bush, which is native to South Africa. Rooibos is reddish-brown colored and has a slightly sweet and earthy flavor. It is often enjoyed as a hot beverage, but it can also be enjoyed cold.
Rooibos black tea is a good source of antioxidants, which can help to boost the immune system and protect against disease. It is also a good source of minerals, including potassium, magnesium, and calcium.
HOW TO ENJOY:
Hot Brew: Use 1 tea bag with 8 oz of water. Steep for 3-5 minutes. Can be steeped up to 3 times.
