HOW TO ENJOY:

1. Mix ingredients in a bowl until combined

2. Preheat a lightly greased pan or griddle to medium heat (350°)

3. Cook over medium heat (350°) for 3 minutes per side

4. Flip when the edges are dry and bubbles form on the surface

* For thinner pancakes add more water; for thicker pancakes add more mix

For Waffles Can we also use the 1/2 cup metric so:

1/2 cup of mix + 1/2 cup of water + 2 tbsps. of oil

Each tin contains 11 servings of pancake and waffle mix. Each tin makes 22, four inch pancakes.
