How to Enjoy:
Boil 4.5 cups of water with 4TSP of salt
Once at boil, add your SOW pasta
Cook for at least 12-13 minutes
Drain and toss in your sauce
Add Chia Oil to your favorite food, soup, rice or mixed into your salad dressing.
