This artisanal honey is a single varietal or mono-floral honey, which means the honeybees have collected nectar from predominantly one nectar source: orange blossoms. The high concentration of a single nectar source imparts a floral finish and a citrus lift to the honey. Excellent on warm biscuits or perfect in iced tea!
