We partner directly with the best local farms, who grow delicious flavor-first grains! Our pasta is delicious & nutritious, rich in protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals!
HOW TO ENJOY:
To Cook bring 5 qt (5 ltr) water to a rolling boil in a large pot and salt, it should be salty like the sea. Drop your pasta and cook for 6-9 minutes until almost al dente, then drain reserving a bit of pasta water to marry to your sauce. Toss pasta with your sauce a moment before perfectly al dente, stirring and feeding it a bit of pasta water at a time until it creates a perfectly glossy marriage of pasta and condimento!

L’Isolina, meaning the little island, is an homage to our home on the East End of Long Island, and the home islands our grandparents immigrated from, our Nonna Mariolina from Lussino, and our Nonno Giuseppe from Sicily. We hope our pasta helps you create memories at the table with your loved ones!
