After missing lasagna, stuffed shells and Italian foods because Liz Barrett couldn’t find healthy, delicious, dairy-free 'parmesan' and 'ricotta' in the stores, she started making them at home. Simple, healthy ingredients, no fillers, oils or extras.

Fun Fact: Liz is originally from Long Island, N.Y. and has been living in Rhode Island for many years now. Cooking has always been a side passion for her- vegan cooking because she believes that all lives are connected and sacred.
