The seeds of Happy Mushroom Co. were planted on the North Coast of Oregon where co-founders Walker and Andrew Sauls were living from 2016-2019. During those years of foraging and learning about the world of mushrooms, they discovered the vast benefits mushrooms offer people. This inspiration culminated in the creation of Happy Mushroom Co. in 2020 - a way to share the good they believe mushrooms can bring to the world.
