Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Bubble, you will work with leadership, the broader team, and external partners to develop unique ways to share our message with new audiences and build engagement across our brand new community.

You will take ownership of brand awareness strategy & activities, including digital campaigns and partnerships. In this role you will build and execute the marketing calendar and budget in order to deliver on our ambitious growth goals for Bubble.

Being self-motivated, results-focused, creative, professional, and positive are qualities we as a team hold as a common thread. Accountability, integrity, attention to detail, and a keen ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks while working independently are required for this position.

What you can expect day-to-day:

  • Run point as the driver of the customer acquisition team.

  • Oversee day-to-day management of digital media campaigns across social, search, partners, and affiliates.

  • Draw insights from marketing campaign data to develop future plans

  • Leverage data to gain a better understanding of drivers usage behaviors

  • Identify new channels to test + lead experimentation

  • Develop relevant dashboards to provide insights into performance

  • Participate in strategy, product and performance meetings.

  • Plan + build creative with expert collaborators to build digital campaigns

  • Source, close, and execute marketing partnerships to drive customer growth and brand awareness

  • Develop + optimize the customer lifecycle on Bubble’s website, emails, partner content, and physical collateral

  • Develop and implement paid social strategies and campaigns to build brand/company awareness across the US

  • Implement multi-variable tests to improve customer acquisition and referral metrics

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in similar working role with 3+ years experience

  • Ability to meet deadlines, developing and following process

  • Excellent communication, organizational and follow-up skills

  • Deep Interest in the food, wellness and e-commerce space

  • Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and coordinate within the Bubble team and external partner teams to execute plans and meet deadlines is critical

  • Strategic and analytical thinker with a deep understanding of the Bubble brand to strategically evaluate growth to identify marketing synergies

  • Strong problem solving, relationship management, planning, negotiation, communication and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and with a team
