A Bubble Story
Once upon a time, there was a girl named Jessica. She dreamed of a magical place where gumdrops were good for you and kale was as hype as Off White.
So, she set out on an adventure to find this dreamland. She traveled to the Western forests of LA, Portland, and Sedona to find the best food makers in all the land. She made her way to the Castle of Erewhon to discover inspiration and direction. She then hiked up through the hills of the Midwest, and past the buggy swamps of the South . . .
And, she ended back in New York City where she had started. Empty handed.
Sadly, she found that no such magical place existed. Slightly discouraged, but always ready for the next adventure, she decided to create a culinary utopia where all could live healthily ever after.

Founder and CEO
Before BUBBLE, Jessica started her career in the food space as a chef, working at Michelin starred restaurants in New York City before transitioning into early stage startups, Hu Kitchen and Ritual (meal kit subscription). In 2015, Jessica became the first employee and Director of Product and Operations at Daily Harvest where she was responsible for building out national product, operations and national direct to consumer model since its national launch in 2016. Jessica launched BUBBLE in late 2018, and serves as an innovation mentor at the Chobani Incubator, Junior Board Member of the Lower East Side Girls Club and Advisor at Oceanbox and Laurens All Purpose.
