The company's mission is to transform America's relationship with sugar by exploring the depth of flavor & spectrum of sweet found in whole, pristine ingredients. The founder was inspired to launch the brand after a cancer diagnosis in her early 30s led her to quit refined sugar and explore the healing power of food.
